- Design language, Primary users, secondary...

  UBER > luxurious

  Lyft > more fun use like going to a party

- People problem, user problem

- Categorizing, van diagram > helps prioritize, see the things

- Crazy aids? > gather and collect ideas as much as possible as a team (designer, engineer, marketer.. etc)

- iterative design: never is a final design > adding features might break a product > mental model (like old users) then probably we need to design separated design for the elder generation.

- research > building empathy so ideation as a team, build the same goal as a team

- when customer, the client is a different correlation

- user redundancy? > go to iterative design
